Travel with me on my journey into soul work through the written word. My yearning to write has emerged more fully over the last year and this is my first tentative step in sharing my inner most thoughts and reflections with my beloved community of family, friends, colleagues, peers and beyond. Poetry allows what is within, to emerge on a page in a lyrical form. For me, poetry is a source of deep reflection, exploration, healing. A life giving essence, a fuel for the soul. Fuel for me, and my hope is, fuel for you.
